- Saved million$ by reducing OT by 40+% while improving overall timesheet integrity 85+% by leveraging CF, MSSQL and IVR tools for a self designed & developed 24/7 Automated Time & Attendance System for 500+ employees for the Health Care industry.
- Analyze to implementation of outsourced information system solutions like Microsoft Exchange (including blackberry support), SharePoint and project management to name a few eliminating the need to maintain the various in-house required servers, generators, large bandwidths and support staff saving thousands of dollars each month while providing services that are more reliable, stable and include a clear well tested recovery plan.
